Riam Thai ("we", "our", or "us") provides a Thai language learning platform using the comprehensible input method. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our service, including any paid subscription features.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $10.00 USD per month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Premium subscriptions grant you access to all lesson content on the platform.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium content until the end of your current billing period.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period when you cancel. Your subscription will not renew after the current period ends.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is issued, your premium access will be revoked immediately. Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

All content on Riam Thai, including videos, text, graphics, and the overall design of the platform, is owned by Riam Thai or its content creators. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access this content for learning purposes only.
Riam Thai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
