Daily Routine

Follow a full day from the first alarm to bedtime in this easy Thai lesson about daily routines! Wake up (after hitting snooze a few times), make the bed, brush your teeth, then stretch with some yoga and jumping jacks. After journaling and reading, it's time for a quick breakfast of instant rice porridge and milk before checking the to-do list, working at the computer, and getting ready with hair, makeup, and earrings. The day wraps up with dinner, a shower, and bed. Each action is shown as it's said, so everyday Thai verbs are easy to pick up just by watching and listening.

Thai Vocabulary:
กิจวัตรประจำวัน (gìt-jà-wát bprà-jam wan) – Daily routine
ตื่นนอน (dtʉ̀ʉn nɔɔn) – To wake up
แปรงฟัน (bprɛɛng fan) – To brush your teeth
ออกกำลังกาย (ɔ̀ɔk gam-lang gaai) – To exercise

These are words you'll use every single day, so try describing your own routine in Thai!
